All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us which may include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available if applicable.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@derryphotos.com with your name, email address and or order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be in an unsatisfactory or damaged condition and will require photographic proof before a replacement or a refund is issued. Our preferred option is to issue a new print if applicable with damaged prints or products. We only offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it’s supposed to however you must inform us within 14 days of purchase.
